OR An income letter from your employer (which must show either the company’s letterhead or stamp and the name and job title of the person signing it) on your gross monthly income for the 12-month period ending 2 months before the month of application (for further verification of income where necessary).

Notes: A Statutory Declaration of income status is required for those who are unemployed, self-employed, or without an income letter or payslip. You can make the Statutory Declaration at the HDB Branch Office.
